Hi jayantha,
After going through your history, I strongly suspect it could be lumbar spondylosis.
In lumbar spondylosis, there will be pain due to nerve compression in between the vertebra.
Back pain with pain and numbness in the area where the nerve supplies is commonly seen. I would advise you to get an x-ray done for confirmation.
I can advise you the following:
1. You need to continue your back exercises to strengthen your spine.
2. Lumbar support belts to limit further compression.
3. Avoid excessive load on the vertebrae.
4. If it becomes severe, surgical decompression with fusion of bones may be required.

Your gallbladder problem is not related to the back pain.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
