How To Treat Stomach Pain With Dry Heaving,headache And Appetite Loss?

For the past week till now my girlfriend seemed to start getting ill. It started with just stomach pains that would subside then loss of appetite even though she was hungry but just couldnt eat. Then dry heaving and headaches and now its gotten to where she doesnt want to do anything because of the pain in her stomach or just her body. She has an appointment tomorrow but wont see results of what she has till a couple days so any explanation what she could have or what it may be would help

Upper middle abdominal pain (stomach pain) and loss of appetite are usually caused by peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation. Sometimes stomach cancer can give such symptoms as well. Especially if she also lost some wight recently.
Upper right abdominal pain can be also caused by gallstones or pancreas inflammation.
She should definitely visit a doctor. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis, pregnancy test should be done at first. Gastroscopy should be next.
