How To Treat Stomach Ache And Fever?

Hi..my daughter has 38.3 celsius fever and been complaining of stomach ache for the whole day..she also had .2 bowel move,ents that are both hard but bright green in color..im only giving her paracetamol for the fever but do not know whats causing the trouble..pls help...:(
