How To Treat Slight Fatty Liver And Inflamed Gallbladder?

hi im 35 yrs old women with slight fatty liver not sue to alcohol i dont drink and also get inflamed gallbladder from time to time i also have an ulcer my question is i just finished my periods yesterday and im pain in both sides and stomach is this normal plz ive had 6 kids and had a sterilisation 3yrs ago as last baby was low lying placenta and was born 6 weeks premature x dont know if u need this info tho

advise:
1. restrict fat intake
2. loose weight
3. monitor fasting blood sugar ( if non diabetic)
4. if diabetic, control blood sugar
5. monitor liver enzymes and have ultrasound ( abdomen) every 3 to 6 months
6. vitE intake after discussing with treating physician
