How To Treat Seizure In A 4 Years Old Child?

my son aged 4 having febrile seizures had seizures repeatedly almost 9 months back with UTI slight fever, he is under treatment from neuro physician taking multiple anticonvulsion drugs frisium 5mg , keppra 5ml, sodium valporate 10 ml. Pl. advice whether the same drugs to be continued how long as his liver function test show elevated alkaline phosphatase

Greetings of the day

Under ideal conditions anticonvulsant are not needed for management of febrile seizures. Control of temperature at the very onset is important.
As the child is on so many anticonvulsant they cannot be discontinued immediately.
Get an EEG done and if it's normal the doses can slowly be reduced.
