How To Treat Right Side Chest Pain Caused By A Heavy Meal?

i am having chest pain on the right side of chest. it started yesterday afternoon after i had a large meal at taco bell.i was up off and on through last night with gas and felt like pressure on my right lung when trying to breathe deeply i don t think this is a heart attack i have been taking antacids

The right sided chest discomfort and the feeling of pressure there after having a large meal is very typical of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
You can take medications like omeprazole and antacids.
Try to avoid large meals and eat smaller meals and go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes and fatty food.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
