Hello

Your findings may suggests enlarged prostate with urinary tract infection.
Treatment of enlarged prostate is both medical and surgical.
Initially you may need clinical correlation and conservative treatment.
You may only need follow up scan as you don't have any symptoms. However patient may need medicines like tamsulosin, finasteride etc.
Surgery is advised in non responding cases.
You may also need PSA level estimation.

Findings also suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).You may need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME and culture and sensitivity.
You may need antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink lot of water.

Get well soon.
