How To Treat Prickly Feeling In Chest Due To Gastritis ?

HI! Been having some issues with gas and mild prickly feeling in my chest on left side and some times on right side and then it goes away and comes back; no heaviness; able to exercise 45 minutes a day. I have been having some pain in both hands too, I type a lot. I get some anxiety attacks too, heart palpitations. Did an EKG and endoscopy, all normal. Gas has reduced after some medications, but these prickly sensations come and go.

Hi,

The prickly feeling in your chest on left side is related to anxiety attacks that you have which is associated with heart palpitations.

I am glad to know that EKG and endoscopy are normal and gas is reduced after some medications.

I'd suggest to keep following healthy lifestyle and diet regimen, especially to watch the foods/drinks you take.

I also advise to take some multivitamin supplementation especially of B group and magnesium.

If in a month time you will have the same feeling, a further consultation with neurologist is needed.

All the best!
