Minimal degenerative changes in the midfoot and at the ankle joint with slight peripheral osteophyte formation but no appreciable loss of joint space. Ankle contains a physiologic amount of fluid. There is slight enthesopathic change at the plantar fascia and the achilles tendon.

Thank you for your question,

You did not mention your age. If your age is above 50, Features explained by you are related to Degenerative joint disease also called osteoarthritis. It is degeneration of joints in elder people.

Osteoarthritis has no cure. But you can decrease disease progression by simple exercises and by decreasing your weight.

If the joints are painful and interacting with your daily activities, try acetaminophen tablets for pain relief. Alternatively you can try capsaicin cream.
