How To Treat Nasal Congestion And Cough?

during cold i use to tear.regular nasal congestion .in morning some whitish and blackish cough comes through mouth. i have tried some anti allergic such as alaspan cetirizine but no effective result.is there any antibiotic for such type of cold allergy?i am a smoker.

First you should avoid smoking then some medicines work.
Smoking decreases body immunity.
Please consult your physician for cough syrup and antibiotics.
Take tablet levocetirizine 5 mg twice a day for 3-5 days.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 3-4 times a day.
