How To Treat Itchy Lymph Nodes?

Hi, the skin on my neck around my lymph nodes has been itchy for awhile, also under my arm near my breast. I just noticed a painful lump in my lymphnodes, but I had the stomach flu last week and I wonder if it could be because of that. I also found a non painful lump near my breast/armpit where it has been itching. I already had a mamagram scheduled for this Saturday to establish a baseline as I am 35. Will they be able to see this lump a baseline mamagram? I have also gained 30lbs in the last 9 months (mostly in my stomach area but I am not pregnant), am extremely tired all of the time and have recently been hot all the time, except at nights. This week when I was laying in bed it felt like it was hard to breath for about 20 mins. I wasn't congested, it just felt like something was on top of my chest. A couple of months ago, my dr checked me for thyroid and blood sugar, but all came back normal. Just wondering if I should go back again with these symptoms. Many thanks, K

Lymph nodes are usually not palpable. I wonder why you should have palpable nodes. If the nodes are significantly enlarged, they need to be biopsied. Also lump in the breast, especially if it not freely mobile and hard need to be biopsied.
If your weight is more than the normal range, you need to have strict control on diet and exercise regularly. Sometimes reducing excess weight will bring everything to normal.
