Hello,

A few causes of sores in genital or pubic area are ringworm infection, molluscum contagious, genital warts due to human papilloma virus, pubic lice infestation, body lice infestation, genital herpes, trauma, folliculitis or infection of hair follicles, contact dermatitis, and psoriasis.

You need a detailed clinical examination and few tests like tissue scrapings from the sores and fluid from blisters for examination, complete blood count, ESR etc. Please do consult a physician for further evaluation, specific diagnosis and initiation of appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
