How To Treat Irregular Periods?
i had miscariage on 1 may 2012 (natural miscarriage no D&C) bleaded 4 about 5-6 days...then on 14-15th may 2012 bleade heavily(3-4pads a day) after that no periods till now had unprotected sex in b/w but chked thrice, not pregnent . worried abt my periods..shd i wait more??

Get your thyroid tests done, ultrasound of pelvis done, start exercising regularly, drink plenty of water, eat green leafy vegetables fruits, 30 min sunlight exposure daily. Take tab Ovabless for 3 months.
