How To Treat Inactive Ulcers In The Duodenum?

My age is 35, i had some inactive ulcers in the duodenum. But the acid reflux is troubling me now and then. I am thiking to rectify my diet. Please can u suggest me a diet foe this? Can I take Pantocid daily in the morning? I had history of H Pylori and i have Hiatal hernia. Please can you suggest me something on this?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

For the ulcers I would advise you to take fiber rich diet and avoid fatty or spicy food.
If you have stress issues try to work on that.
Having history of H pylori and hiatal hernia makes your stomach more prone to be acidic.
Try nexium tablet every morning which will help with the acid reflux.
Try the exercise 30 minutes daily x 5 times per week.
If you are over weight try to reduce it.
