Hi
Welcome to HealthCareMagic

If baby is otherwise well ( playful, eating lightly, drinking and urinating) except fever , you need worry much. You continue with tylenol as prescribed, you can do tepid sponging for fever if does not come down. Do consult your pediatrician if fever does not come down in 48 hrs.But at the same time be careful to contact doctor/ emergency if your baby is dull, poor urine output, poor oral acceptance , freq vomiting, headache , seizure .

Hope I answered your query
thanks
