How To Treat Gastric Problem Of An Infant?

Hi ,my baby is 3weeks old , n he is on breastmilk n top milk (nan 1), he passes stool , but he gets very gassy and gets a hard stomach ,hence he crys n doesnt sleep well till he passes gas. I give him colicaid drops sos but is it also advised to give Neopeptine drops?

Please burp your baby every time after the feed and may be in between the feeds.
kindly ensure the baby does not swallow lot of air during bottl feeds by keepin the bottle in aposition where the front portion f the bottle is fullof milk.
nasoclear nasal drops boefore th e feeds can be of help in babies who have nasl blockage due tio secretions as it will ensure nasal breething and less of air swllowing by bthe bwaby.
colic aid drops/neopeptine drops/colimex drops (any one) are helpful to some extent, but trying to correcting the cause is of greater help.
