Thanks for the query Please burp your baby every time after the feed and may be in between the feeds. kindly ensure the baby does not swallow lot of air during bottl feeds by keepin the bottle in aposition where the front portion f the bottle is fullof milk. nasoclear nasal drops boefore th e feeds can be of help in babies who have nasl blockage due tio secretions as it will ensure nasal breething and less of air swllowing by bthe bwaby. colic aid drops/neopeptine drops/colimex drops (any one) are helpful to some extent, but trying to correcting the cause is of greater help. regards dr kanwar deep
