How To Treat Gas Pain?

Last Friday I woke up with gas pains. Needless to say, it smelled like rotten eggs when passed. Woke up again later that morning, and had bad diarrhea. Went 3 times, then the diarrhea went away. Haven't had diarrhea since then, but I'm still left with a few symptoms. 1.) a hungry feeling (feels like its gunna growl but never does) Doesn't always go away after I eat but most of the time it does.... 2.) Normal stools but I feel like I have the urge to go. 3.) Gassy and burping more than usual. 4.) Occasional nausea along with the emptiness. My mom has IBS and so does her sister. Could it be that? Food poisoning? A virus? I have had no fever, or blood in my stools either.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be food poisoning or any infection either virus or other but it seems to be dyspepsia only, it is the pretty common condition and it may not need any treatment but just care need to be taken for couple of days in diet, like eat very light diet without oil and spices hope this information helps.
