I have been seeing a doctor for what is described as esophiogal problems. He is treating me with dexlansoprazole twice per day. However, I now have constant burping, distended stomach, and a feeling of fullness which decreses my appittite. I am worried that I have stomach cancer

Hello. This isn't likely stomach cancer but instead an H pylori bacterial stomach infection. You need to be screened for that since a course of two different oral antibiotics can cure it.
