How To Treat Ear Pain?

Went to ent for reflux incidentally he took out some ear wax with t tool of sorts and immediately my ear started to hurt he said would go away but it hasn t. Went to see him today and he said ear looks fine but gave me some medicated ear drops. But I don t think I have an infection because the pain started immediately and he said that my ears looked fine What should I do? Susan

Hi,
From history it seems that due to removal of ear wax with ear forcep there might be having some irritation with minor injury to external ear canal might give pain.
Nothing to worry,continue putting ear drops.
Within a days or two it will be alright.
Ok and take care.
