How To Treat Dysentery Followed By Abdominal Pains And Blood In Feces?

Doc,Good day. I had had dysentery for 3 days that developed to sharp abdominal pains which lasted for another 3 days. I started stooling first, fresh blood enveloping the faeces. Later, the blood became dark and thicker and toileting became more frequent. As i write, the procedures are still coming but infrequently. Since then, i had administered tetracycline and other painkillers such as paracetamol. Please your advice will be very useful. Thanks. P. Mbum
