How To Treat Dizzy Spells?

i am getting dizzy spells alot lately, these happen at any time both sitting and standing, it maybe no related but i m also cold all the time, my feet only ever seem to warm up after a couple of hours in bed. I m a migraine suffered but luckily haven t got one in months!

As you mentioned that you are having dizziness .
Dizziness is defined as a sensation of faintness , lightheadeness or unsteadiness .
The dizziness may be due to .
1 Inner ear dizziness ( otologic or peripheral dizziness ) , diagnosis can be confirmed by inner examination by an E N T.
2 Neurological dizziness ( central dizziness ) , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of brain and consultation with a Neurologist.
3 Medical dizziness by certain medicine.
4 Psychological or undiagnosed dizziness.
In my opinion deal as mentioned above.
