hi
Neither you revealed the DURATION of your disease nor your AGE which plays a major role in planning the treatment.... however the way you described the problem indicates your disease neither to be very old nor in advanced stage ( no numbness and leg is active). If it is so its not at all a matter of worry and you will recover up to level of satisfaction if you continue the treatment with patience.
With such presentation in my clinic I plan the treatment on several criteria some of which are following -
1. Age of patients...
(a) 20 -35 years
(b) 35 years onwards
2. Movement...
(a) Patient can move with little difficulty.
(b) Patient can move with much difficulty
(c) Unable to move
3. Digestive health
(a) Normal appetite, NO acidity and gas problems
(b) Normal appetite, acidity and gas problem present
(c) almost NO appetite
4. Bowel habit...
(a) Constipation present
(b) No constipation
5. Body built...
(a) Obese
(b) non-obese
Since you did not elaborate clearly, considering you satisfying 1(a), 2(a), 3(a), 4(b), 5(b) presentations, if I were your treating doctor I would put you under following medications -
* Kati basti with specific medicines (can be decided as per your condition).
* Gud basti with specific medicines.
* Certain specific exercises.
* Some medicines to be administered orally e.g.-
- Ekangi vati
- mixture of Kali musli + sita powder
- Vata kulantak rasa
- Vaji gati ghritam
- Erand bhrisht haritaki
Meeting with a qualified Ayurveda physician is highly recommended before taking any medicine.

Hope I have answered your query and it will be helpful.
Wishing you a good health....
Dr. Ranjeet Sharma.
