How To Treat Bruised Breasts After A Fall With Normal Reports?

Any feedback on how I should proceed would be very welcomed as I prefer to not go to doctor and seem like a wimpy, crybaby, if I don t have to! I fell off a ladder, from 8 ft high, 1 week ago. Impact was on my chest, which landed on a dead holly bush trunk, many offshoots, of 3-4-5 inches in diameter. The main impact was on both breasts with my left one having severe pain immediately. The left breast is a concern, with a large tennis ball size hard lump in it, and also have a large hematoma on chest wall just above right breast tissue. My breast is so engorged, even worse then when I breast fed. I went to the hospital 3 hrs after the fall and all was OK on xrays and CT scan of abdomen area. My question is: what do I need to do for these lumps and swelling in my breast. I use a tight sports bar (immobility makes it less painful) and had an ace bandage over that for the first 3 days for additional compression. I am 54, 5 7 weigh 200, have had 2 heart stents, currently taking plavix. I was not given any antibitotics. Wondering if I need to be followed up sooner than later with my GP, and is there anything I need to be on the lookout for. Will time make these lumps go away? The hard lump, approx. 3 x 2 in my chest wall had been white in color until this morning, where it has now turned purplish, which is a change, from its appearance this past week. That hematoma appeared immediately after the fall. The one in the left breast had grown over the past week, now stable in size. Breast is very sore, arm movement sends a sharp pain, as well as breathing in, when ibuprofen is not at full strength. With 800 mgs of Ibuprofen, it takes the edge off of the pain and discomfort. Thanks for your help!
