Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of either pneumonia or bronchitis is more.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray to rule out lung infection,PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
Your symptoms are unlikely due to side effects of drugs. Loss of appetite, weakness etc suggest possibility of lung Infection more.
You may need antibiotics, antihistamines and inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
