How To Treat Anxiety Attacks With Breathing Problems?

i am male 21years, 6'0", 180lbs, and have had a normal medical background without any abnormalities. i have been using crystal methanphetamine for almost 2years about 1-3 times a week. and experience extreme anxiety attacks, massive headaches, breathing problems. Are there any over the counter products, (vitamins, suppliments, drugs), that can help with nuerological and physical recovery
such as lungs, heart,kidney) ?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In your case, anxiety symptoms could be due to amphetamine abuse. In that case, if you stop taking substance, you can able to subside anxiety symptoms. You can also try some antidepressant or benzodiazepine. In over the counter drugs, you can try pantothenic acid or GABA tea or nuts could help you. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
