hi welcome,
there will no need for any brain test for you.
you just leave these types of thoughts for the headache of your doctor.
you just go for the pns x-ray for any sinusitis.
and also for blood test blood RE, to find out any sort of abnormality

For allergic rhinitis the doctor usually gives an antihistamine and/or a steroid spray. You need to understand that the problems you are facing could be of a medical or psychological/psychiatric issue. Do you have any other problems like hand tremors, racing heartbeat, sweating. Get yourself checked thoroughly by a Doctor first.

The problems you are describing are related to mental status of a person and do not have any disease in brain so there is no need to investigate your brain.The mental problems can be as a result of mental stress;personality disorders like even inferiority complex;and such problems need counselling and in few cases treatment.Please consult a psychologist/psychiartrist for help and counselling.Presently your symptoms of allergic rhinitis will recover after treatment then you can consult a psychiatrist and you should be fine.
