I have been diagnosed with PLE a few months back and possible had it since I was 15.
Im currently waiting to receive light treatment. Normally it only flares up in the sun, it is winter here now so my clothes are thick and not in contact with any sunlight. However, I still have a rash for over 3 weeks now on my left arm and I think around the same time I have a patch or bruise (similar colour to a bruise) on the lowerpart of my shoulderplate giving me numb, cold and sometimes painfull feelings. It is besides my bra strap and have not been wearing my bra for over a week without any improvement so know that is not the problem. Could it be connected to ple or would this be a new matter for the doctor to be seen?
