How To Stop Drinking Alcohol?
My name is darragh and I binge drink every 2 weeks or so I have been drinking since I was 17 and 35 now never took a brake before but I know I can t keep it up once I start that it can t stop might even get up next morning and go again first thing I want to take a 2 month break tried this before but no good so I wondering if I should get some sort of help thanks

alcohol dependance require high level of motivation
and if u want to quit really than require internal motivation for quit
u have to join rehab center for deadiction
1st stage is detoxification stage in which lorazepam medicines but require caution with observations
after that 2nd stage is rehab and councelling
read brief intervention of alcohol by WHO on google
certain medicine like naltrexone and acramposate will reduce you craving
but u need to consult doctor and than undergo all kind of treatment
