How To Remove Puss On Sinus Cavity?

i have been a painter for 17 years and have had sinus issues for years. now i have been told that my sinus cavity on one side has a puss in it, not mucus. this i think is from paint. its been like this for a year.what can be done to remove this and is this dangerous?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.
It consists in the presence of the puss in the sinuses.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using saline nasal spray for local application at the nasal area.
Antibiotics are also needed to treat the infection.
