Suggest Remedy For Migraine

I had a sinus lift 6 weeks ago, it became infected and I have had two more oral surgeries. I have now been suffereing with migraines for 6 days, just went to my PCP today and found out migraines probably caused by trigeminal nerve being manipulated. Took first migraine med today and it worked for a few hours but now headache and nausea are back. Is this going to be a permanent condition I have to deal with, it is miserable.
