How To Remove Deep Scar On Forehead?

hi..i got a 1cm L shape scar on my forehead due to accident on 1st July..doctor forgot to make stiches on it..so a valley kind of thing is formed on the scar..skin doctor recommend to apply opexa gel & contractubex gel in the night.. is there is any other way round to remove the scar
