How To Relieve Left Abdominal Pain With Elevated Serum Amylase-186 U/L?

Hi Doctor, i have some mild & continuous pain in my left side of the abdomen and around left back side... I got my blood tests and it shows elevated Serum Amylase:     186 U/L ( 25 - 135 ) H Can you please tell me what can I do in this case to ease with pain and if I could change anything in my daily diet to prevent it for further occurence??? thank you asking HCM
with regards to amylase leveel it is slightly elevated but you need to be examined
with abdominal ultrasound and lipasemia, blood work.
after that we can discuss about the causes of your serum amylase.
you can use anti inflamatory drug and avoid alcohol, faty foods, smoking.
