Yes you are
overweight for your age . I will advise certain exercise lifestyle changes which will help in reducing weight . But I advise you to get certain test to know whether there are any diseases because of which you are gaining too much weight .
1. Tests : Serum
TSH, Serum
Cortisol ( Morning 8 A.M sample ) , Fasting and postprandial blood sugars.
2. Diet : Low calorie , low
cholesterol diet . Avoid Sweets , Carbonated beverages , Non Veg food , Cheese , butter , Ghee, Junk food . Eat more of fruits , vegetables and drink plenty of water.
3. Exercise : Do
aerobic exercise like Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling , any of these at least 30 minutes every day .
