How To Reduce Visceral Fat?

Hi.

i am 35 years old, 5ft 7 inches, and weigh 69 kilos. I am slim, but have a tyre in the belly which is a combination of subcutaneous and visceral fat. i wish to know if there is any way to remove visceral fat. I am aware that liposuction removes subcutaneous fat, but my pot belly is more because of visceral fat.

Regards

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You are correct in stating that fat around the abdomen implies that there is some viseral fat.
This is fat stored in and around the organs in the abdomen.

There is no particular surgical procedure that would remove only viseral fat but lifestyle interventions may help.
This means that increased physical activity particularly aerobic and abdominal toning exercises may help.

Dietary changes would also be important aspect. The diet would need to be a healthy diet.

I hope this helps
