How To Reduce The Body Weight?

My LDL is 132. I am 45 5'8" 158 lbs. Is that considered high? I don't smoke. Exercise 3-4 x a week running 5 miles a time plus weights. Eat healthy most of time...salads, fruits, vegies etc...



Not sure what else i can or should do to make it go down.

1. Lifestyle & diet modifications: such as regular exercise, reduced consumption of carbohydrates, increase consumption of omega-3 fatty acids (such as fish oil) & a diet enriched with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, olive oil, and legumes.
