Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of Androgenetic alopecia.

Androgenetic alopecia can happen in both males as well as females. It is characterised by gradual hair thinning from the crown and vertex of the scalp. In males there is a receding frontal hair line as well, whereas the anterior hair line is mostly preserved in females.

Minoxidil is approved for this kind of hair loss. 5% in males and 2% in females can be use twice daily in 1ml quantity at the scalp skin.

Since this type of hair loss is androgen dependent, an oral anti androgen e.g finasteride 1mg daily is also approved for this kind of hair loss but it should be used cautiously in females of reproductive age group.

regards
