hi,early iugr is associated with poor prognosis.i would suggest you to take a level 2 ultrasound or an anomaly scan to rule out any congenital abnormalities.secondly start her on arginine sachets twice a day, alamine drips every alternate day and tab gestin 2 tabs twice daily.continue with folic acid and aspirin.she should get a repeat Doppler at 24 weeks.in normal cases the resistance in uterine artery decreases by 24 weeks and hence nothing to worry.
