Hello,

As there will be muscle weakness it needs to be strengthened. Doing hot water fermentation, using a knee cap. doing static quadriceps static hamstring and straight leg raise will help improve the joint space and reduce the pain.

Post meniscus surgery the knee rehabilitation program is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
