Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband had a meniscus tear and he had surgery 3 months ago and he is still is a lot of pain. On the inter side and front of the knee cap. He feel like his leg bone is going into his knee cap when he tries to stand on it. Any answer would be appreciated
As there will be muscle weakness it needs to be strengthened. Doing hot water fermentation, using a knee cap. doing static quadriceps static hamstring and straight leg raise will help improve the joint space and reduce the pain.

How To Overcome The Pain On My Knee Cap?
Hello, As there will be muscle weakness it needs to be strengthened. Doing hot water fermentation, using a knee cap. doing static quadriceps static hamstring and straight leg raise will help improve the joint space and reduce the pain. Post meniscus surgery the knee rehabilitation program is advised. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
