How To Improve Height Through Exercise?

doctor,i am 18 years old ,now i am 163 cm height.i want more height for my profession .i took some gym exercises before so my body is fitted some little,i want to make it flex ,and want to attain at least 168cm please help me sir,now i has only you for gaining solution..

Over use of Medicines often affect the body's hormones, especially mental health medications, resulting in shorter heights . So avoid them .
