(1) Reduce weight. Get your BMI below 25.
(2) Start consuming ground flaxseed powder (ground at home)
(3) Go Alkaline. Alkaline water, alkaline diet.
(4) 3l+ water
(5) Consume bitter gourd preparation.
(6) Start taking cinnamon, fenugreek, corriander powder.
(7) Throw all engineered fats and oils out of house.
(8) No black tea, no coffee. Throw these things out of house. Green tea is perfect. I consume 5-7 cups of Tulsi-Green tea (Tulsi is basil leavs and mixed with green tea). basil leaves increase the overall immunity of body.
(9) Make lemon consumption a part of dietary habbit.
(10) Start consuming ginger, onion, garlic.
(11) Have sprouts for breakfast.

I am not a doctor. Experts may have their own take. I have reduced from a 220 level FBS to 5
HBA1C in 11 weeks with no prescription drugs at all and doing everything that's noted above. Idea is alkalise and body will find it's own way to heal in long term. Avoid as far as possible PILLS as once taken they become a life long "Forced" addiction. I took no PILL and have got things down to random BS : 92 and HbA1C 5 (just back with report today).
