How To Heal Stomach Pain While Diagnosed With H-pylori?

Diagnosed with h-pylori September 2011. I haven't drank alcohol in 9months. I use methamphetamine. I think I'm becoming depressed. I cry every day. Im 24yrs old. about 5'5''. and im not satisfied with weighing 96 pounds. I eat 2 little meals a day. Stressed out need help please. Basically how can I ease my stomach pain? It hurts most of the day everyday. A couple times a month it gets to a 1 out of 10 scale . It gets to a 10. marijuana seems to be the only relief. Why does my stomach hurt so bad?

H.Pylori infection leads to peptic ulcer or even stomach cancer. That is why can not be left without treatment. As long as you wont get proper antibiotics treatment (Amoxiciline with Metronidazole for example), your pain wont go away, no matter what you will do or take.
Assuming that you have peptic ulcer, the pain can not be eased instantly. Peptic ulcer is a kind of wound in the stomach. It needs few days of medicines (like Omperasole) to get healed.
