How To Heal Skin Rash While On Dermadew With No Relief?

hello i was just wondering whether to use dermadew soap for my son as it has made the skin very harsh..i have been advised by my peadiatrician to use the soap as my son had rashes all over his body..but i guess dermadew soap did not serve the purpose..kindly advise...

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems like your son could be having atopic eczema. Right now I would advise using a mild soap like cetaphil for bathing and apply a good moisturiser like cetaphil/venusia max/elovera etc twice in a day. He might also need an oral antiallergic to relieve the itch and a topical steroid cream to treat the rashes. For the same consult a dermatologist nearby.
