How To Get Rid Of Tiny Red Rash Like Spots All Over Face Including Eye Lids Which Appeared Overnight?

I just looked in the mirror earlier and saw that I have tiny red rash like spots all over my face including my eye lids. I am assuming thye appeared over night. It doesnt look like acne at all and they arent above the skin like pimples would be. What should I do? What is this from? Should I be worried? When will it go away?

Is it mosquito bites ? Did you sleep outdoors or are there a lot of mosquitoes inside ? The other possibility is an exanthematous rash associated with a viral infection.
Without an opportunity to see the lesion, I would not be able to accurately specify the condition.
