How To Get Rid Of The Constipation?
I'm 18 yrs old, about 160 pounds, 5 feet and 3 inches, I've been having trouble with constipation and took about 9 fl oz. of Magnesium Citrate as directed with lots of water, as i pass stools, i felt like I'm pooping stomach acid as a result of clearing out my system, is that normal?

dear continuous using may cause dependence. just lifestyle changes may useful for regulating bowel. eat plenty of Fiber,drink plenty of water avoid spicy food and alcohol.use green leafy vegetables.use syrp.duphalac 30ml at night.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
