Hallow Dear,

PCOS is a very disturbing condition. It is a complex disorder which involves reproductory system, hormonal system and metabolic system. Increased levels of male hormone associated with this disorder are responsible for the hairiness at unwanted placed.

Before I advise you anything, I would like to get information of your BMI. Your mentioned weight is in Kgs or in Pounds? Anyway, please calculate your BMI from any of the BMI calculators available online. You should maintain your BMI under 24.9. If needed, you may have to modify your diet to high protein, low carbohydrate and low fat diet.

Before your marriage, your treatment should not be aimed at establishing your ovulation, but should be aimed at establishing the regularity of the menses and handling the unwanted signs and symptoms like obesity, hairiness, etc..

Regular use of oral contraceptive pills will help you regularize the menses. Myoinocitol is a medicine which help control the raised levels of male hormones which are responsible for hairiness and hoarseness in voice. Regular use of berry in your diet also will be helpful. Depilators will help you for temporary removal of the hair.

I do not agree with the advice of leaving all the treatment and sitting with folded hands till your marriage. Please continue to follow the advice of a good Gynaecologist.

I hope this helps you.
