hello dr i'm 21 yrs old i'm having lots of hair fall n also having dandruf so wat can u suggest me
i'm suffering from hair fall n dandruff n due to tis dandruff i'm havin lots of pimples so wat can do will u sugest me any thing

It is clear that you are loosing hair from dandruff. So se Selson shampoo 3 times a week for 1 month.


Reduce stress

Eat healthy

Do exercise.

Pimples can be reduced by reducing dandruff.
Use benzyl peroxide cream daily.

Use antibiotic soap for face.

Id the acne is severe u need antibiotic creams and oral antibiotics

thanx fr dis suggesion bt now i'm using scalp shampoo n its good also now if i quite dis n if i use ur shampoo wont i suffer from more hair fall n more dandruff so wat can i do

Hai welcome, homoeopathic treatment can cure your hair fall & pimples. Homoeopathic system is going under the totality of symptoms. So a correct prescription is difficult & if possible consult a near by homoeopath.

Try with one treatment. Scalp shampoo is anti dandruff shampoo. Selson is anti dandruff shampoo. It is not for the hair growth. It cures the dandruff which could be the cause of hair fall.
