How To Get Rid Of Constant Stomach Gas?

im gassy all the time and I have to piss way more than 10x / day. This doesn't seem normal to me and it's been like this since I was 27. The gassy thing is new, but equally annoying. I take antacids, rolaids and even gas-x. Nothing helps. Is there something wrong with me?
