Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There is nothing to worry. Avoid spicy fatty food, alcohol and smoking. Tablet Nexium before breakfast and syrp Sucral can be helpful. Consult your physician for prescription.

Eat green leafy vegetables etcetera. If there is no improvement in symptoms then consult your doctor who will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
