How To Get Relief From A Tight Thigh Muscle?
my left thigh muscle is so tight I am not able to weight bear. right now I have packed it in ice. does ice or heat relieve this? have had for several months, tried physical therapy and awaiting evaluation at sports medicine. runs across my thigh to the left groin area. x-ray did not reveal anything remarkable.
