How To Get Over The Fear Of Being Alone While I'm On Anxiety Medication ?

I HAVE A REAL FEAR OF BEING ALONE, SEEMS THAT I NEED A FEMALE TO BE MY PARNER TO BE HAPPY, JUST WANT TO BE CARED ABOUT, I GUESS. My wife died two years ago and I had a real hard time dealing with that which I think normal. about 6 months ago I had a cousin who is the same are as I, move in she was living in senior apartment . She just moved back and it is driving me battey Taking Zoloft and Ativan now to stave off anxiety attacks. want to just be with her. (or someone that cares about me) I do have a 30 year old son that lives with me, and although that does helpgreatly, its not the same. He is not a freeloader, has been going to school. Have been on zolooft for 18 yrs; 50 mg daily , the Ativan was prescribed as prn...they are .5 Already taken two today.

I think, you are missing someone in your life. You need someone with whom you can share your feeling and emotion. I should try to find a partner for you. In you case, medicine would play their role and partner would play her. Better to discuss this with your son and try to tell him about your problem. Hope so, he would help to choose a partner for you.
